Becoming a SINCLARE SELECT member is easy. Just enroll in either one of our ProtectionPlus or ServicePlus Maintenance Programs below, and start recieving all the benefits that the SINCLAIRE SELECT membership has to offer. Benefits such as 24 hour emergency service, a free precision tune-up, priority customer service, extended equipment life, preferred customer status, peace of mind, and MUCH, MORE! Our maintenance agreements are designed to provide regular seasonal cleaning and maintenance of your heating and air conditioning systems.

Sinclaire Enterprise's maintenance agreements give you the peace of mind knowing your system is running properly and at its peak efficiency, and in the event of a problem or emergency, you have a professional standing-by to respond to your needs.

By maintaining your system with one or two scheduled annual inspections, our technicians will be able to inspect and test components for proper operation, recognize impending problems, and offer solutions that can result in energy savings and/or healthier environments for your home or workplace. Maintenance Agreement customers are also eligible for 24 hour emergency service, priority service over non-agreement customers, and parts and labor discounts.

Our Maintenance Agreements are available for Residential and Commercial customers. We can also customize an agreement should you have a system or property that requires special services. Read below to see which plan is perfect for you.

ProtectionPlus Maintenance Program

This plan is exclusively for Automatic Delivery Heating Oil Customers of Sinclaire Enterprises, Inc.
Benefits for the ProtectionPlus Maintenance Program include:

This program includes a FREE annual Precision Tune-up, plus the repair and/or replacement of the basic oil burner parts listed below, which over time become worn or defective. You will also receive $50 in Loyalty Points for every year that you are a member of the program, up to $500. Loyalty Points can be redeemed when we upgrade your heating system equipment. You can use $500 towards a boiler, $300 towards a furnace, $200 towards a hot water heater or oil tank, and $100 for a new oil burner or combustion chamber.

Customers enrolled in the ServicePlus Maintenance Program will benefit from one or two yearly Preventative Maintenance Tune-ups for their Heating and Air Conditioning Systems. This helps provide a comfortable, energy-efficient, and safe indoor environment. Benefits for the ServicePlus Maintenance Program include:

• 15% Discount on Parts and Labor for Service Calls (excludes diagnostic fee)
• Free Annual Maintenance
• Extended Equipment Life
• Improved Efficiency and Safety on Heating and Cooling Systems
• Inflation protection
• Maintenance Agreement is Transferable with the Sale of Property
• Peace of Mind
• Earn Loyalty Points for Future use Towards the Purchase of New Heating Equipment

This program includes a FREE annual Maintenance, plus a 15% discount on parts and labor for all future service calls. You will also receive $25 in Loyalty Points per agreement for every year that you are a member of the program, up to $500. Loyalty Points can be redeemed when we upgrade your heating system equipment. You can use $500 towards a boiler, $300 towards a furnace, $200 towards a hot water heater or oil tank, and $100 for a new oil burner.

Service Plan Procedures

• Clean or replace standard filters
• Inspect inside cooling coil and apply cleaner
• Inspect primary and secondary drains
• Clean and test condensate drains
• Inspect blower
• Lubricate all moving parts (where applicable)
• Inspect and tighten all loose electrical connections
• Monitor Air Conditioning operating pressures.
• Add up to two pounds of refrigerant each year (per system) if needed.
• Monitor supply and return temperature differential
• Monitor voltage and amperage draw on all motors
• Monitor Heating and Air conditioning cycles
• Inspect burners - vacuum and adjust as necessary
• Adjust gas pressure as necessary
• Inspect pilot operation - adjust as necessary
• Monitor flue draft for safe operation
• Inspect and test safety controls
• Inspect thermostat operations
• Inspect for cracked heat exchanger
